Article 4: All nations who were banned and ejected by either region shall not be considered direct citizens in the other region.

Article 4B: Both region governments shall have the right to hold these banned nation's citizen status on hold for a specific time and period which shall be also addressed to that nation.

Article 3: The Region governments can send Ambassadors and diplomats to other region for a visit.

Article 4: Either Region's government can give asylum to few persecuted nations on those's nations demand.
