ARRAIGNMENT of
The Crowned Republic of Betmet

As the residing judge, I have officially initiated a formal case against Betmet for violating Appearance Policy section 1 regarding Regional Image, AA Delegate Policy, and AA Ban Policy.

After consulting with Mayor DiRito-Opolis, we reached that despite previous events that transgressed between parties, it is my responsibility as Judge to uphold the policies of our administration and initiate this case. However, to prevent conflict of interest and violating my impartiality, Union of Socialist Republic of The Isle has been appointed as the Chief Attorney and will be residing as prosecution throughout the case.

As someone who fought hard to ratify an amendment that guaranteed rights of the accused, I will work hard to maintain a fair trial by peers to resolve these violations of the Code and to reach conclusion on the issue. Since Betmet can not come on the AA Discord, his case to the Jury will be forwarded to the proper channel and procedure will resume as normal.

Furthermore, if you are selected as a member of the Jury, we ask for your dutiful participation as we resolve things according to our constitution around here. It is important to handle things respectfully. Not discussing details of the case outside the courtroom, regardless of its high profile, is of the utmost importance. Nations committing violations to the due process of the court will be reprimanded accordingly. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
