considered to be one of the best in Auruna if not the world.

A nice place to stay in, especially in the winter and the second richest both economically and culturally.

SPEED LIMIT

There's no such thing as an actual set speed limit, you are allowed to do -10/+30kph based on the "speed limit" but in some cases, there's no speed limit.

Imagine a modified Swiss gun law, you are allowed to own any gun and carry it around but the ammo either stays home or limited in your bag or pockets away from your weapon.

DRIVING

Everyone takes driving and cars here seriously, like SERIOUSLY, driving laws are strict but it's primarily for those dangerous drivers and that's why there are no speed limits in certain areas.
