Port Arthur General Arsenal (WIP)

The Port Arthur General Arsenal is a Chuckian private research & manufacturing facility located on 2,300 acres (9.3 km2) of land located in the Chuckian quarters of Port arthur pe. The Arsenal is the headquarters of the Colonial Weapons Development Command Center. It is known for the developing and manufacturing of cutting edge naval weapons and systems, as well as being the colony's center of expertise for small arms cartridge ammunition and naval shells.

The facility was founded in 2019 as the Port Arthur Powder Depot after the conclusion of the Razing of Port Arthur and subsequent capture by Gold Club forces. Soon after, the Charlemagne Naval Militia took keen interest in establishing a foothold and so helped in the acquisition of land for the expansion and subsequent renaming to Port Arthur General Arsenal. From henceforth, it has manufactured small arms, cartridge ammunition, naval shells, and integrated combat systems for the three main powers that control the colony of Port Arthur (The Chuck, The Selkie, and Port Ember).

Port Arthur General Arsenal is also home to the Charlemagne Naval Militia 7th Quartermaster Division. This group is responsible for the storage and maintenance of small arms stowed onsite by Chuckians, Port Emberians, and Selkie residents who call Port Arthur home. Along with storage and maintenance for pre-existing firearms, the 7th Quartermaster Division is also tasked with the storage of newly manufactured small arms until they can be shipped out.
