The interim government of the free land of Nova Kartago renews its promise to remain loyal to all the ideals that have made the most precious sacrifices: freedom, justice and social liberation ...
The interim government of the free land of Nova Kartago, which emanates from the will of the people, appreciates in this respect with all its responsibilities, and will be carried out by all of them. The first of these duties is to lead the people and the army until national justice is achieved.
The New Carthagean people are a peaceful people. It does not raise its arms unless it is forced and, after all, that all peaceful means have been exhausted.
At the end of this statement we want to mention that Nova Kartago is not a dictatorship and the New Carthagean people are not racist. Nova Kartago wishes to thank all the countries that have met at the Carthage Conference, as well as their gratitude for the moral support we have received ... The interim government of the free Land of Nova Kartago is ready to negotiate ... the free land of Nova Kartago has registered with great pleasure several recognitions of some countries, and thanks them very much.
