Prohibiting Foreign Solicitors in Regional Communications (Amendment) Bill - House of Commons

Prohibiting Foreign Solicitors in Regional Communications Bill - House of Commons

This House recognises the need to prohibit foreign solicitors in forms of regional communications, and this Bill will aim to revise previous legislation regarding this area of policy to bring it in line with constitutional changes.

Article 1 - Definitions and Offences

1a. Enadian hubs and communication platforms are anything referred to in Enadia’s Constitution as the property of the region and so will be protected by the same tenants of law equally.

1b. Soliciting will be defined as advertising services for another region in an intrusive manner and will be recognised as an offence.

1c. Foreign solicitors will be defined as players that are not Enadian citizens that are posting advertisements, and will not be allowed to post said advertisements in any regard without permission from the government. This rule applies to diplomats and the use of puppet accounts to post advertisements for another region.

Article 2 - Consequences

2a. First instances of advertising as defined in Article one will be met with a formal warning from the region’s government.

2b. The second instance of advertising as defined in Article one will be met with another warning and communications from the government with the member’s regional representatives to make them aware so they may take steps themselves against a foreign solicitor.

2c. The third instance of advertising as defined in Article one will mean legal action from the government, following the court processes of the region in a fair manner in respect of their rights.
