[Amendment] Order of Merit, Amended [CK]

This amendment strikes the following clause null and void:

Amendment 2 section B subsection i clauses 1 and 2:

" -Must currently reside in Conch Kingdom
-Must have resided within Conch Kingdom for no less than two consecutive months at the time of nomination."
