Chrome Company Reform Act 2019

This body, recognizing Chrome Company as the military counterpart of the inter-regional alliance Lex Magnus Corpus, hereby does enact the following;

1. This body establishes the following requirements for a nation to meet in order to be considered eligible for enlistment into Chrome Company:

   1. Said nation must have reached a total population of no less than 250 million,

   2. Must be a current resident of the Confederation, and also must have been a resident for a period of no less than fifteen days,

   3. Must show government activity at least once every day,

   4. Must communicate to other nations of the Confederation on the Regional Message Board at least once every two weeks,
      

2. This body forbids current or former members of any defender organization from being enlisted into Chrome Company; this body forbids any nation convicted in an Inquisitional Hearing from being enlisted into Chrome Company;

3. This body insists that all nations recruited for Chrome Company do not discuss confidential material with non-members via telegram or otherwise; this body declares that such confidential material shall include the following:

   1. Raiding operations and plans pertaining to raids,

   2. Their own, or others', membership in Chrome Company (excluding that of the High Commander or Commanders);
      

4. This body establishes a one-month period of enlistment in Chrome Company; this body mandates that all members of Chrome Company submit a letter of re-enlistment to either the Minister for War or High Commander of Chrome Company; this body declares the High Commander and the Commanders of Chrome Company exempt from this period of enlistment; this body declares that a member, to be eligible for re-enlistment, must have participated in at least one raid;

5. This body establishes eight Chrome Company Military Ranks to establish a military hierarchy, and permits the Minister for War of the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators incumbent, as well as the High Commander of Chrome Company incumbent, to promote individual raiders according to earned merit in military operations;

6. This body declares that any nation enlisted under Chrome Company that should breach the above act shall have their membership in Chrome Company automatically terminated;

7. This body permits the Minister for War and the High Commander of Chrome Company to make an exception for any nation from the above act as they see fit, provided they both agree to make the exception;

8. This body reserves the right to amend itself at any time.
