Economic freedom and Environmental policy.

Note:
1. The Environmental Performance Index measures the environmental performance of a nation's policies. It's probably the most recognized measurement of general commitment to environmental policy. it's maintained by Yale University and Columbia University in collaboration with the World Economic Forum. 2. The Index of Economic Freedom measures the degree of economic freedom in each nation, (grading them on metrics such as property rights, government integrity, judicial effectiveness, government spending, tax burden, fiscal health, business freedom, labor freedom, monetary freedom, trade freedom, investment freedom, financial freedom). It is maintained by The Heritage Foundation and The Wall Street Journal and like the EPI was chosen because it is probobly the most widely recognized index on it's topic.

3. Not all nations are represented, as a few only appear in one index due to limited recognition or inability to collect data.

4. The values here are RANKS, not scores, Which means that the most environmentally friendly nations are on the bottom of the chart, and the most economically free are to the left. Yes it's counteractive, I should have done scores, but i was lazy and it meant twice as much data entry.
