The Principality of Lower-Fellmark

The Principality of Lower-Fellmark has had a long and storied, if only a minor role as one of the border regions of the past Valyrien Empire. The deep woods part of the Greater Black Forest which make up the interior of central Rusina has provided lumber and furs for the regional lumberjacks and hunters to export across and beyond the empire, enriching both themselves and the daring merchants who braved the sinister woodland during the times of our forefathers. It was one of the later Principalities to break away from the central authority in Lesser Valyrien and the situation of modern Fellmark has proven unsustainable with a weak government authority and isolated from regional and global trade. Upon the invitation of the “legitimize” ruling-body, Valyrien entered Lower-Fellmark and has relieved several local militia groups of their authority, as well as arresting and executing several corrupt former government officials in public spaces such as stadiums and town squares to the cheers of the populace, overjoyed at the return of Imperial rule.

Notable Events

  • Rumors of a fist fight between a Valarisk representative in Auruum and a local government official? It's hard to place any truth to such gossip, but if such a thing did indeed occure, we can rest easy knowing the sneaky little bugger recieved more beating than he was able to dish out! Just read this quote from one of the rumored parties to be involved: "Yeah I layed that nasty little mongrel out flat! These bitemarks are unrelated I tell you! No, I am not familiar with any pictures of me laying on a stretcher, deep-fakes are what they are!"

  • Since this month has been filled with sketchy stories floating around, this reporter has devoted her time to adress the gossip about a certain regional Princess/Governor kidnapping and draining local children of their blood in order to preserve her beauty by bathing in it! This is simply untrue! There's been no kidnapping or children involved, only the legal execution of teenaged criminals and something more akin to a showering of blood! Get this fake news under control people!

  • Our seaborne hero, Admrial Morozova has recently captured several invading cargo-ships, all of them breaking the recent declaration about Valarisk control in their part of the White Pass. These slandering accusations about her fleet venturing beyond the restricted water to commit piracy is simply another of the false stories floating around this month!

  • The "Fortress", Valyrien's new fortress island constructed by Valarisk Admiral Morzova has started brewing and distrubuting their own rum in the neighboring region. Rum experts says "It's fantastic! Now tell that pirate to give back my family!"

  • The Kezani fleet has recently faced accusations of blackmail from spirit distributors around Meridia and Archon, when asked the question "Is there any truth to the accussations?", Admiral Morozova vehemently denyed having any involvment by saying: "Yeah, who's gonna stop me?"

As part of doing our glorious duty to the children of today, the International Inqusitor invited our younger generation to draw up their own invasion plan of Lower-Fellmark to see if they'd come close to the real one, and this picture below comes to us from Hilda [Lastname Redacted] who has just turned eleven this week, congratulations Cadet! Due to the classified nature of the real invasion plan, we can't confirm or deny the validity, but due to the involvment of Drekhi Special Forces, which was only disclosed yesterday, a Political Commissar will be arriving to hand you your prize in person! Congrats!
