Minister Responsibilities Amendment (Embassy Deliberation)

The amendment seeks to implement a period of public deliberation before the Minister of Foreign Affairs puts in place or revokes an embassy, as well as fixing vocabulary relevant to the Minister's current responsibilities.

[list=1][*]The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall be responsible for:
[list=a][*]Deliberating on invitations for new embassies
[*]Being the primary representative of the region to foreign regions
[*]Appointing and removing citizens as ambassadors to embassy regions
[*]Removing or requesting the replacement of a foreign ambassador, or equivalent position, to the region

[*]The Minister of Recruitment shall be responsible for:
[list=a][*]Ensuring an automated process exists for sending recruitment telegrams to newly founded or refounded nations, which may be restricted by nation category at the Minister's discretion
[*]Sending recruitment telegrams using said automated process, with access to the account titled 'TLA Recruitment Office' to be granted to them exclusively for this purpose
[*]Upkeeping a 'frequently asked questions' dispatch to assist new citizens
[*]Documenting recruitment statistics including, but not limited to, regional population, regional World Assembly population, and telegram recruitment rates
[*]Hosting a forum of the General Assembly or wider region to propose solutions to population loss in the event that the WA population decreases by more than ten percent within 28 days[/list]
[*]The Minister of Information shall be responsible for:
[list=a][*]Running a census every term and presenting the results
[*]Maintaining and updating a list of Military Voting citizens
[*]Informing nations of the current endorsement cap
[*]Running a competition every six months to democratically elect regional designs[/list][/list][/box]

[*]Being the primary representative of the region to foreign regions
