Merge Treaty-Lasagna and Reign Of Terror.
Preamble
Following this treaty the Reign of Terror will merge with Lasagna and they shall get the rights mentioned in articles given below.
Article One: Steps Of Merge
Section 1: Reign of Terror shall merge with Lasagna.
Section 1: Reign of Terror shall merge with Lasagna.
Section 2: The Flag of Lasagna will be changed and a New flag will be set up.
Section 3: Reign of Terror has to leave the Region Completely.
Article Two:Bill Of Rights
Section 1: All Nations came from Reign of Terror can join Lasagnan Politics or can even join the Intelligence agency of Lasagna.
Section 2: All Nations from Reign of Terror are allowed to open their own party or parties and can become the part of Parliament.
Section 3: All nations have freedom of speech and they can form any party of any ideology.
Section 4: That party should follow the Constitution of Lasagna and can express their thoughts.
Section 5: All Citizens or nations from Reign of Terror are directly Citizens of Lasagna.
