The North Pacific Zombie Apocalypse 2019 Awards (Cards)
The Ministry of Culture is presenting The North Pacific Zombie Apocalypse 2019 Awards, to commemorate and celebrate the efforts of the nations of The North Pacific during the Zombie Apocalypse 2019.
The awards are based on a compilation of all actions that took place within The North Pacific during the Zombie Apocalypse 2019, as recorded by the NationStates API. The complete record of actions and associated rankings are available 
here.
This year's regional choice was to Cure. The champion and top performers of that category will each be gifted a legendary trading card, and everyone else in that category will be gifted an epic trading card. Congratulations, and then you for helping implement the will of the region!
This is the Cards component of the awards. The other categories are included in Part 1 and Part 2.
Please note that 82 nations eligible for a card gift had no deck capacity, and therefore could not be gifted a card. These nations have been contacted separately.
