To all to whom these Presents shall come Greeting:

Know that We of Our especial grace certain knowledge and mere motion do by these Presents erect appoint and create you, Anastasia von Claire , to the dignity state and degree of Princess of The Grand Avalon and second in line to the Throne, and that you may use such a dignity state and degree at any time until We do say otherwise. You shall be raised to the style "Her Highness" for services performed throughout the history of this Empire. May you execute this dignity state and degree in an appropriate and respectable manner throughout Our Realm.
