New Leadership in Chacapoya

Citing matters of health, our Glorious Leader, Machiavelli VonClausewitz, is stepping down for the time being. Worry not fair citizens! Our Leader has ensured we will still feel safe and protected here in Chacapoya.

The position of leadership will be filled by The Council, who's word is law.
The Council consists of well meaning citizens and government councilors, advised by Machiavelli VonClausewitz, and intent on serving you, our fair Chacapoyans!

The first new policy adopted by The Council is to increase government communication, in the form of these dispatches.
