Zaxaria Mladen is the current Poglavnitsa-Gospodstvuyuscheya of the Grand Adatan Union, and thereby the highest-ranking official in both the Union's civil and military hierarchies. She is the first leader to unite the two offices in such a manner - a controversial decision, but one that has resulted in her portrayal as a powerful ruling figure, along with a net upsurge in her popularity among the Adatan people.
Mladen is known for her stern, serious outlook and rather uncompromising nature. She is curt and to the point in her day-to-day speech, and tends to speak her mind on most matters. While this blunt approach has earned her something of a negative reputation in certain political circles, she is publicly lauded for the transparency of her actions and words in both a political and conversational sense. While she does display a softer side to those she knows she can trust, such individuals are few and far between.
Throughout the course of her reign, Mladen has sought to primarily reinforce the Union from a military standpoint. While she does not seek expansionism, she perceives external military threats as a serious risk to the continued existence and cohesion of her nation, and has taken steps accordingly. Her stance towards foreign powers has been rather guarded, and she seeks to maintain a sort of neutrality through force - that is, deter any form of hostile action through the assertion that the Union could repel it and mount a counterattack, regardless of the attacker in question. On the domestic front, she has proceeded with the further centralization and automation of the economy - under her rule, the Union has well and truly cemented its place as a post-scarcity society. She is also a major proponent of political centralization and seeks to maintain the government as a semi-autocratic oligarchy under her own control for the foreseeable future.

Mladen's Aura is the so-called Superhero Jagganath, granting her conscious control over the vectored velocities (and thus movement) of matter within her immediate surroundings. The degree of control exhibited and potential applications of this ability vary depending on proximity - while Mladen is capable of articulating every individual atom within her own body and objects she is in direct contact with, her degree of finesse with regards to such actions drops off sharply with distance, and long-range usage of her ability equates to a crude form of telekinesis.

Superhero Jagganath boasts considerable destructive potential, allowing Mladen to quite literally atomize matter by touch, and transform practically any sufficiently heavy object or mass into a deadly weapon at will (among various other potentially hazardous applications, such as the manipulation of temperature and electrical generation).

Superhero Jagganath may be utilized to accelerate matter to potentially relativistic speeds, and has practically no response lag with regards to utilization.

Superhero Jagganath is range-limited, and may only be utilized to affect matter within a few dozen meters of the user. Proximity also has a drastic effect on the ability's potential uses, with the greatest variety of potential effects being possible when manipulating matter within the user's body or in direct physical contact with them.
Durability: A
Superhero Jagganath may be utilized to immobilize select atoms within the user's body, allowing for the temporary formation of hyperdense, nigh-unbreakable armor. Such a reaction is, in Zaxaria's case, instinctive. Given practice, the user may also reassemble their body on an atomic level after it is damaged, including wounds in which sections of flesh are entirely atomized.
