Death, Famine, War, and Conquest: The Horsemen of the Apocalypse

1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.
4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.
6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.
7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

The Four Eight Horsemen of the Apocalypse trampled all would-be rivals this recent N-Day to achieve the most dominant victory in the history of the event. Relationships outside of the event were cast aside, friends, enemies, GCR megafactions, all those without the power to resist the apocalypse were crushed. We broke every record that one wants to break, and kindly assisted UPPERCUTS in breaking the one record nobody wants to break. In doing so we completed our journey from the depths of negative score in N-Day 1, to a respectable 12th place in N-Day 2, to runner-up in N-Day 3, and finally to the top spot this year. Not bad for a group of small regions with a few puppets and a dream.

To be honest I had no idea we would do this well at the start, I knew we'd be strong, given that we finished in 2nd last year with significantly less manpower, but the way we took such a commanding stockpile lead, and how easy it was to wipe out mid-sized factions caught me off guard. I'm sure it caught a lot of you off guard as well, the sheer carnage of this N-Day was insane. My tentative goal was to cross 100,000 strikes, which seems like small potatoes now.

Regarding all the factions we destroyed, with the exception of the faction that foolishly harbored The Black Hawks (TMNT) we struck pretty much exclusively in places that would gain us the most score. As for UPPERCUTS, there were many possible reasons to hit UPPERCUTS, plotting, scheming, consolidating, scavenging, having the audacity to be over 100k score, etc. Or maybe we just hit them to see if we could do what the AA failed at and win. We fought and the stronger party won, there isn't much else too it.

But enough of that, it's time to give respect to the people who won this for us with their blood, sweat, and a lot of clicking. In no particular order I would like to commend the efforts of.

Chingis: The all-rounder, tech, shields, leadership, nukes, whatever was needed in the moment he provided.

Vincent Drake: Death itself, the man who never touched a shield the entire time he played, many factions fell before him and him alone.

Feu de Glace: Our arsenal, the woman who went through UPPERCUTS' shields like an axe through cheese and still had nukes to spare.

Roavin: The shield that guards the Horsemen, his diligence and innovations were the main reason not one of our 3,730 members ever knew the taste of radiation.

Flanderlion: The steady hand, he ran fewer nations than the rest of us, but he made every single one count, and stayed with the fight until our victory was absolute.

Haku: The other head of our shield apparatus, he dedicated a significant amount of his day to keeping us on top. I barely got an intercept in edgewise when Haku was watching the feed.

Kingdom of Circle of Magi: The kid, despite being constrained by school he put a lot of points on the board for us.

And of course The Stalker: The King of Hell who is magnanimous enough to let me do whatever the Hell I want with the faction so long as we win.

And double of course, all the independent nations who joined us through the event. Y'all are great, I think our discord doubled in size today.
