1. Establishing that the office of the Plebian Tribune was created by the Plebian Council Reform Act,

2. Maintaining that the PCRA shall not be changed in this act, and

3. Concurring with all of the statutes of the PCRA,

Hereby establishes the Plebian World Assembly Act

Section 1: Plebian Tribune and WA

1. Emphizising that the title of the Plebian Tribune, as established by the PCRA, will retain all current duties to the Union,

2. Clarifying that the candidates to be elected by the Plebians are now required to be a part of the multi-regional organization known as the World Assembly, and

3. Establishing that if running to the office of Plebain Tribune, the new candidate must join the WA within a period of 3 days after their announcement.

Section 2: Failure to Comply

1. Authorizes that failure to comply with said policy will result in the immediate removal of the candidate from the election, and

2. Institutes that if there are no more candidates to run for the office, a new Tribune will by appointed by the Presidency.
