THE FIRST REGENCY OF THE EMPIRE,

Recognizing the inherent value of a regional role play to stimulate activity, growth, and generally provide an interesting experience for citizens,

Further recognizing the need for proper management of such regional roleplay in order to ensure its sustainability,

(1) Establishes an office of clerks to manage and run the regional roleplay in The United Empires of Carson,
a. Tasks the current acting monarch to manage and head the office of clerks and to decide the clerks through the methods they deem fit,

b. Defines a clerk as an appointed government employee that manages, runs, or otherwise moderates the regional roleplay.

(2) Affirms the constitutional privilege of citizens to have sole access to the regional roleplay,

a. Allows, with the approval of the monarch, temporary members of the roleplay that are not citizens within The United Empires of Carson,

b. Further allows, with the approval of the monarch, the ability to remove a citizen from the roleplay as necessary.

(3) Limits the regional roleplay to take place on the regional message board or a forum post,

a. Allows the monarch to make exceptions to this clause for special occasions.
