Exceptions
This is a calm and honest region so basically you'll need snapshots of the recruitment and delivery info to prove it

We wont wait, if you turn in your snapshots (by telegram or link) after 30 September at 12:00 you won't count (only excuse is time zones wich you must specify on the first telegram

The winner will be instated 3rd October 10:00 LA time

At any time a rematch can be proposed by anyone except by citizens on probation

The winner will also get a trading card valued in between 0.05 and 0.10 bank according to number of recruits
