The Government of the People's Free State of Talanska shall be officially dissolved,
The territories of the People's Free State of Talanska shall then be admitted as Oblasts to the United Socialist States of Tulov,
The admitted Oblasts shall be: Siria, Sobraniya-na-Asmik, Golovanovsk, Luzhkovavsk, Talanska, Nevzorovsk, and Keskkula.
All Oblasts agree to be subject to the Constitution of the United Socialist States of Tulov,
To adhere to all federal laws of the United Socialist States of Tulov,
And to be subject to the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the United Socialist States of Tulov.
In return, the Oblasts and their people shall receive all rights and protections afforded to all other Oblasts and peoples of the United Socialist States of Tulov,
And shall be awarded appropriate representation for their Oblasts and Districts within the Revolutionary Council.
