§1.1 Valid methods of taxation shall be through Sales, and through Profit.
§1.2 No law shall be made which establishes taxation upon land, income, inheritance, or personal property.
§1.2.1 All tax rates shall be flat, and no taxation shall be passed which is excessive.
§1.3 The Revolutionary Council shall have the right to levy taxation through legislation.
