Operation: Rain Drop
My fellow Africans, our long regional nightmare is finally over. Tonight I can announce to the region and to the world that Africa has been refounded as the result of a secret operation know as Operation: Rain Drop.
With the assistance of The Assembly of Regions, the government of Africa was able to sneak refugees out of the region under the guise of a cultural exchange program. Meanwhile, reinforcements from Southfield and India were brought in to assist evacuation efforts.
These covert actions hid our true intent from raiders, allowing for a decisive victory for Africa.
Never again shall we suffer the indignity of imperial occupation.
Never again shall we toil founderless and alone.
I would now like to recognize the exceptional men, women, and organizations that made all of this possible. Without them, Africa would have sunken into stagnation and decline, and we owe them all a major debt.
