A land of edgy,laid back,independent folk who go against the grain,and against societal norms and conventions.Anarchy and apathy is law here and not much voting or government is to be had here.
Sometimes local community councils are formed to address issues,but nationally people only come together for war,national emergencies,or an urgent societal needs, such as housing,public facilities,transportation,roads and highways,infrastructure,local agriculture,etc.
As a means of expressing our independent and freedom-based lifestyle,public nudity is practiced and clothing has been outlawed for added edginess.One must discard most clothing before entering our land,save a few chosen tops.All genitalia,both male and female,must remain uncovered,however t-shirts sleeveless shirts and bikini tops are allowed.Tatoos,bodily piercings in all their forms are permitted.
