[ABOLISHED] Chairman of the People's judicial assembly

1. The CPJA is responsible for conducting lawsuits, thus this office has to be used to benefit the regional interests and it shall not be misused to satisfy personal needs (unless they coincide with the regional interests) or to compensate for personal failures, flaws and complexes.

2. Any citizen with residency of 14 days or more can candidate for the CPJA office. Secretaries are not allowed to candidate.

3. The CPJA is elected every 3 months.

4. The CPJA is not a judge. S/he can vote guilty or not guilty as a PJA member. S/he has the authority over:
- communications
- polls

5. The CPJA, via RMB, anounces lawsuits based on official accusations posted by citizens in the RMB.

6. The CPJA makes a poll with options "guilty" and "not guilty". This poll runs the whole lenght of the lawsuit, that is 7 days.

7. The CPJA announces the final verdict, with accordance to the Regional legislation, based on the poll results on the 8th day.

8. Any violation of this law by the CPJA is punishable by temporary dismissal of the CPJA.
