Treaty of Kotta

1: bring back life to Altay
2: prevent Eastern Tatarstan from manipulating polls
3: honor North Sachalin for his work in Altay
4: strenghten good relations between regions and nations of Eastern Tatarstan and North Sachalin

Points of the treaty of Kotta:

1: All countries owned by North Sachalin will join Altay
2: Stans will be ruled by Zuzano-Slovensko. Embassy will be reopened and comunication between regions will be allowed again
3: Karijin will go to Altay or will be kicked from Stans
4: Eastern Tatarstan will write apology message in Altay's rmb to Yanab for steeling his nation, making it a puppet nation of Eastern Tatarstan and writing telegrams in the name of Yanab
5: North Sachalin will gain pernament function for his work in Altay and for recruiting many new nations
6: North Sachalin will be allowed to candidate for temporarry office for example General Secretary with one of his other nations
7: Ulaanstan will become regional vexillographer in Altay
8: Ulaanstan will make requested flags for Eastern Tatarstan
9: If North Sachalin makes 5 laws and not a single one of them will pass in the poll, he can choose one of them and it will be adopted. This can be used each time after 5 laws purposed by North Sachalin are not adopted. This point is made to prevent Eastern Tatarstan from manipulating polls and from blocking North Sachalin's laws
