Official Rulebook of Neosis

1. No mini-modding - this means that if you're not a part of the staff, don't give warnings to people.
2. No false warnings - this means that you shall not send telegrams to people about them being warned.
3. No extreme left-winged countries - this means no marxists. *
4. No extreme right-winged countries - this means no neo-nazis. *
5. Use common sense in an appropriate manner in the RMB - just don't put NSFW and cuss.
6. No outsiders - this means that only P6s from our school are allowed here.
7. No racism or sexism - this means no race discrimination and gender discrimination in the RMB.
8. Only 2 nations are allowed in Neosis; one in the WA - this means you can only have one regular nation and one puppet state in Neosis. Keep in mind that if you apply for the WA, you can not use the school computer to log in.
9. No psychotic dictatorships - this means that you shouldn't fail as a leader.
10. No abusing or bending rules - this means that you are not excused from rules, even as staff.
11. No ban evasions - this means that you are not allowed to create a new nation to avoid a ban.
12. No demanding territory from any nation - this means you cannot ask for a country's land.
13. No self-votes - this means no voting for yourself in elections.
14. No bribing - during elections, you can't give someone something so they can vote for you.
15. Follow the Geneva Conventions - no breaking those laws.

* - it is allowed to a miniature degree, such as center-left social democrats and center-right nationalists.
