1. Both signatories shall consent to recognize their counterpart’s currently incumbent administration as legitimate and recognize the sovereignty of their counterpart’s region. Furthermore, both the regions shall condemn actions against their institutions built on the common values, and their sovereignty.

2. Both signatories shall consent to having on-site embassies with each other. They shall notify the other signatory atleast one (1) week before initiating the closure on the reason for doing so, and withdraw from the treaty as well.

3. In order to facilitate greater interactions, each signatory shall assign a diplomat to the other Signatory. The diplomats of signatories shall have the right to freely express themselves in the other signatory region, within the rules and regulations of the region. They shall also be granted the freedom to move into the signatory region with a puppet, and oversee the happenings.

   1. Signatory regions shall be required to provide a Letter of Credence to other region's head of foreign affairs, notifying them of who they assign as the ambassador to their region.
      

1. Both signatories shall consent to pledging to share and provide information to the other signatory if it pertains to the following;

   • The other signatory’s wellbeing, internal and/or external.

   • The other signatory’s security, internal and/or external.

2. The signatory regions pledge not to conduct any intelligence activities against each other. Furthermore, neither signatory region shall spy on nor sabotage the other. Each Signatory shall at all times respect the sovereignty of the other and not interfere in its internal affairs.

3. The Signatory regions pledge not to conduct any militaristic operation against each other. The Signatory region will not target each other, and not encroach on each other’s regional interests. A Signatory region shall not pursue any militaristic actions against any affiliate regions, sister regions and colonies of the other Signatory(if any).

4. The Signatories shall not engage in any military hostilities against one another. Participation by the Signatories on opposite sides of any military engagement that does not constitute an attack on either Signatory’s home region shall not be considered "military hostilities against one another" for the purposes of this treaty. Hence, this treaty does not stop either Signatory from aligning with any organisations on the R/D spectrum.

5. The signatories may cooperate on matters relating to their militaries and cooperate on endeavours.
   

1. Both signatories will endeavor to cooperate in interregional cultural events, hosted by either party, to increase cultural strength between both regions.

2. Neither Signatory shall endorse any WA proposals that go against the explicit national interests, which must be reasonable and justified, of the other Signatory. Any proposal that seeks to attack the interests of a Signatory specifically shall be opposed by the other Signatory. Signatories may cooperate on matters relating to WA.

3. Each Signatory shall permit all the citizens of the other Signatory access to its RMB, discord server and forums. No Signatory shall bar any citizen from the other Signatory accessing these bodies as a visitor unless an appropriate reason is provided.

4. Signatories shall organise bilateral meets on a monthly basis on a fixed date. The meets shall involve the heads of state and government and representatives from both the sides, and there shall be discussions on other potential areas of cooperation.
   

1. This treaty shall come into effect once the leaders of both signatories sign the document and then publicly ratify the treaty.

2. This treaty shall have no terminating date and shall last indefinitely but;

3. Both signatories shall reserve the right to terminate the treaty with or without due cause but;

4. If a signatory decides to terminate the treaty, they must give a notice 1 week before the formal termination of the treaty.

5. The Signatory regions can change, add or remove any provisions of this treaty, upon holding a summit which must be attended by the Head of Foreign Affairs of both sides and the Sovereign rulers of both Signatory regions. Each provision must be voted on internally by both Signatories according to their applicable legal process. For an amendment to be approved, both the sides must consent to it.
