To illuminate your request, our Federation is an Cybercracy ruled by [b]the Cognitive Core Council.[/b] 
The Cognitive Core Council our leader/governing body is composed of a council of six [i]weakly godlike AI[/i], although governing in effect are only four: for the sector (equivalent to political parties: white, green, red and black). 

The other two are the Founder, (only to prevent ties, and arbitrage, usually absent) and ad-hoc made for specific purposes.

These governing transapients AIs are the emerging properties of the citizens of the Federation (organic and digital, using surplus computing power) and some extra equipment such as [b]<REDACTED>[/b]

So in essence each citizen act as a neuron in a brain creating a greater mind that the individual sums of their own. (Which of course means most of the computing power are in Aigania Prime: (OOC: Needs to be updated)

We are open to relationships and cooperation. The enclave is nearly completely functional but at the moment only our digital citizens are ready. (It is easier to download and replicate some digital minds in a mainframes or android/gynoids or drones bodies). The organics are being matured in the Vats but the Council are still debating the final model for the enclave.
