punishments for minor offenses

If you commit a crime that doesn't give you prison time you can choose 1-3 different options as your sentence, which will then have to be approved by a judge and jury. Your options are community service, house arrest, or power cut. Each option may include increased surveillance depending on your record and the severity of the crime. If this punishment is violated in any way, you will either have time added or possibly be sent to jail or prison. Minor Offenses include theft, vandalism, destruction of property, and DUI.
