Requirements for Joining
You should not be a member of a Raider or Fascist organization.
You must have a Discord account. We do most of our work there.
If you have met these two requirements, you are eligible to become an Agent.
Promotions and Demotions
Promotions are granted based on your experience and capabilities. If you meet the requirements for a higher rank, you will earn a promotion. Promotion can also be awarded by the Director.
You will receive a demotion if you break Nationstates site rules or engage in traitorous or corrupt activities. An Agent may also receive a demotion if they have acted in an inappropriate manner or are unfit for the position they hold.

Insignia | Rank | Requirements |
| Cadet | This rank is given to trainees who have just joined the FNDA. It's the lowest of the five ranks. |
| Operative | This rank is awarded to Agents who have completed 25 detags, 15 defenses, and 5 liberations and have basic knowledge about the updates and knows how to use |
| Special Agent | This rank is awarded to Agents who have completed 50 detags, 30 defenses and 15 liberations and knows how to lead detag runs. |
| Officer | This rank is awarded to Agents who have done 75 detags, 50 defenses and 30 liberations and knows how to conduct triggers. |
| Commissioner | This rank is awarded to Agents who have completed 100 detags, 75 defenses and 50 liberations and have shown incredible efficiency while leading operations. |

Chain of Command
The Reserve Task Force is commanded by the Task Force Commander, who is appointed by the Director. The Task Force Commander can appoint a Deputy, who can take their place during their inactivity. In the absence of a Commander or Deputy, the RTF takes orders directly from the Director. Under the Task Force Commander, there are several RTF Officers and under them are numerous RTF Agents.

Promotions are granted based on your experience and capabilities. If you meet the requirements for a higher rank, you will earn a promotion. When you complete more than 50 tasks for the RTF, you will be promoted to the rank of RTF Officer and you will be eligible to become the Task Force Commander.
You will receive a demotion if you break Nationstates site rules or engage in traitorous or corrupt activities. An Agent may also receive a demotion if they have acted in an inappropriate manner or are unfit for the position they hold.

| Task Force Commander | This rank is awarded to Agents who have completed more than 100 Operations for the Reserve Task Force. This is the highest of three ranks in RTF. |
