Constitution

We the People of the North heart, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the People if the north heart

Article number I

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the North heart

The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every third month by the People of the north heart, and the Electors in each Seat shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

No Nation shall be a Representative who shall not have been a citizen for five days of the North heart

Article II

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the north heart he shall hold his Office during the Term of four Months, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows:

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army Of the north heart

The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the North heart, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
