Noticing the many times people have left their respective parties after they loose a primary election

Section I
Last election during the parties primary elections it has been noted that many of those who lost the primary they have left the party right after the primary
Section II
Noticing the lack of sportsmanship when people do that and seeing that they only demanded power
Section III
This bill will be used to deal with this problem

Section I
When signing up for a primary the person have to take a pledge of loyalty and not to leave immediately after the election or primary.
Section II
This pledge of loyalty will go as follows "I [Nation name] swear to participate in the primary and will not leave in the instance of me loosing the election for at least one week, I swear by the constitution and the king to follow the rules of this law"
Section III
The law will affect the person running in the primary from the time of signing up to 1 week after the election

Section I
According to Article X Section I Subsection 4 "The ideal to establish, align, lead or leave a political party without government interference or discrimination shall be upheld." this could interfere with the constitution
Section II
However it doesn't interfere with the constitution as it only requires a person running in the primary election and only for a short period of time.
