The Rules
1. No nation shall start out bigger than Ivorica
2. To expand you will need to conquer
3. Nobody can touch the Saiyan Race unless they want to be annihilated.
4. Nobody can claim the Anarchy zone but can invade it to annex it
5. No godmodding
6. Owning a galaxy sun means that you could harvest it's energy.
7. Not responding after four weeks mean you get purged off the map
8. You can always get your purged lands back if someone hasn't claimed it
