The Former Grand Vizier Pakistan star Resigned on 14th July ,2018 . He had contributed to the region and we thank him for his efforts, he was elected as Grand Vizier by Democratic elections. and he will not be forgotten. but, this was unexpected, the future was unclear, thankfully His Excellency The Khaleefa, Hadhari took control of the region and became the World Assembly Delegate. After the reign of 156 days (longest serving WAD of the region) , the founder ,in his reign changed a few things, added new viziers. he gave Map Cartographer Vizarat to 
Townsvalley,Vizier of Communication was changed to Octiant versa.etc., Roleplay was Greatly modified in his reign, Official Map & War are few examples.Obviously, due to CTE of Pakistan Star, The democracy of the region was disturbed, the Khalifa Became The Ruler of the region with and there was no democratic party directly involved in the government.many viziers of Pakistan Star's reign were not removed.After 156 days. he decided to replace the delegate, and chose the Vizier of Trade & Development ,Townsvalley ,for this Position. The New WAD has taken control of the region.
PROGRESS OF THE REGION:
The New WAD has changed Various Aspects of the region while keeping a close connection with the culture and ideology.
Reforming the Vizarats:
This is a major change, the Charter for the Vizarats is the New and Universal system of Ministries. It provides Viziers with new badges and gives a full view of the duties given to them.

1. The Information and Broadcasting Vizier Will Sign up to nationstates today, the sign up is necessary, Submit an article there get it checked and edited and then link it to the factbook or in RMB.but the nation will create a newspaper dispatch aswell.because it is not a guarantee that the article will get approved by the staff of NSToday. the news of COIS must be published twice a month. The News will contain Regional non-rp happenings & Topics , and RP .
2. Vizier of Commerce (Trade & Regional Development) will handle the regional trade and study the Trade and development office factbook , And complete the tasks described there,and he MUST keep the record of total trade deals happened across the region.
REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
The Vizier of this position will carry out development programs mostly relating with roleplaying like starting new aid programs.etc.
He will also have the duty to update RP Year,Rp year is updated daily, (24hourse means one year in RP)
4. Defense (Defense & Security)
The pretty obvious duties of this vizier also include.
Making sure that The World Assembly Delegate has maximum endorsements.
Making sure that the border stays secure from raider regions.
Must stay active.
Most Important: It must be the World Assembly Member. and must endorse the Grand Vizier
6.Foreign Affairs
The nation should make close and friendly relationship with the embassies ,posting good stuff in their RMB.
and making new embassies after closely studying them ,Must not make Embassies with raider regions and Extremist regions. or The Far Left regions.
7.Vizier of Recruitment
- Vizier of Recruitment should be a very friendly nation who can write long but efficient recruitment telegram.
- Can handle haters or question given by recruitees
- Patient and creative
- (Optional) Should Know how to use telgrammer API (This Nation is Always Preferred)
the chairman of Election commission will carry out its duties, and handle the elections in the region.
The Map Cartographer will edit and add the maps of the new nation, this Position will be assumed by Townsvalley until a suitable nation is found.
Requirements for this Body:
1.Must have the knowledge of scribble maps.
2.Must have an account of scribble maps.
3.Must obey the order of the Grand Vizier.
and must make border changes fairly in case of war between nations.

Townsvalley after agreement from Khaleefa Hadhari announced elections for Vizarats:ELECTIONS IN THE COUNCIL

Elections in the region were held,Many viziers were replaced. And new ministries were formed. The New Vizier were meant to be elected but it did not go quite as planned and the Candidates Were selected by the WAD. In short; The Viziers of Commerce(New Vizarat), Vizier of Information & Broadcasting were replaced.

But , in these elections ,no democratic part was involved, they were conducted by the WAD .the public was meant to vote for the candidates. but the turnout was negative. the region only got one candidate per vizarat. so there was noone in the region to stand against that candidate.
Further elections are paused due to low number of nations. Further details were not disclosed.
One of the Most respected and honorable & Former World Assembly Delegate indira Kayangan Ceased to exist after Organizing Successful elections , The CTE was unexpected but he completed his Job. This nation has a History with The Region ,He has handled the region with full responsibility and has improved the region. He has now returned and he is selected as Vizier of Foreign Affairs for the Second time. He is fulfilling his duties with full enthusiasm.

Read:The Clashes between army and Civilians of Townsvalley predicted downfall of the kingdom long before King Adams. Clashes were reported in 5 cities of Townsvalley. continued for years. The New Prime Minister Harris Mall and the new government will now handle the nation.

The First Democratically Elect Grand Viziera Resigned, Deputy Indera Kayangan Assumed GV-ship
Her Excellency, Grand Viziera Southern nusantara notified the region of her official resignation as the Premier of the Council of Islamic States both on the regional discord and the regional message board. While the move was quite surprising for most of the residents of the region, it was likely known to her close associates especially her Deputy Grand Vizier at that time, Indera kayangan. A few days before the declaration of resignation, it was seen that the transitional phase was already secretly being done with WA nations instructed to endorse Indera Kayangan. All praise to Allah SWT, the transitional period was a success with no intervention. The reason as to why Madame Southern Nusantara resigned was most likely because of her real life commitment especially to her husband. Under her reign, the Council had a consistent historical growth of population from 50 nations to more than 80 nations. A Vibrant Flag Voted as the New Regional Flag of the Council of Islamic States
A few days ago, a poll was opened in conjuction of the Grand Vizier's statement. The statement explained that a flag competition would be held to choose the new flag of CoIS. Five flags were nominated. The first flag was proposed by Turkicazokistan. The colourful has 5 colours in total namely black, white, yellow, green and light blue. A curvy crescent moon and a tilted five-pointed star can also be seen. The second flag was proposed by Amir timur. It was extremely unique with something similar to the Ukrainian motive called Tryzub (trident). The third flag was proposed by Tlalon. The flag was pretty similar to Saudi Arabian flag with distinctive feautures of "Allah" in the middle of the flag and 12 five-pointed stars circling the kalimah. The fourth flag was proposed by Indera kayangan. The flag was a black standard with a crescent moon and 6 five-pointed stars on it. The last and the fifth flag was the first regional flag, a black flag with kalimah Shahadah (declaration of faith) on it. As opposed to popular belief, the flag is not even slightly similar to the notorious Daesh flag. After the poll was concluded, the first flag received the most votes and automatically adopted the CoIS official flag. ICH wishes to congratulate Turkicazokistan for winning the competition! May the flag flutter in glory of Islam!

Grand Vizier Confirmed that General Election Will Be Held Soon
After approximately three months in the office, the National Front government tenure is going to end soon. The mandate given to them by the people of CoIS must be renewed or in other case, be passed to the new government in case they lost. Further affirming this fact is that, The Grand Vizier himself announced that the next general election is just around the corner. This might and might not be an advantage to the current government. Many questions will be raised. Will the Democratic Conservative Party (DCP) and Parti Pembangunan Bersatu (PPB) remain together in National Front coalition or will they decide to abolish the coalition instead? Will United Region Party (URP) led by Sikh federation win this time considering the government is losing their support? Only the ballot will tell.

Campaigning Period Ended, First Council General Election Held
14th January 2018, 26 Rabiul Akhir 1439 was a historical day for the population of the Council of Islamic States when the first democratic general election was successfully held for three days until 16th January to decide which party would gain the upper hand and further mandate from the population to form a government after new constitution was ratified to instill the element of democracy or also known as Musyawarah in Islam into the region. The head of government as agreed in the discussion several weeks ago would be led by a Grand Vizier and supported by the Deputy Grand Vizier. The head of state would still be headed by the founder, Caliph Hadhari. While the Caliph is mainly functioning as a ceremonial leader, he would still have the executive authority to dissolve the government according to, Act 3, Article 1(a) The Khaleefa has the power to dissolve the Dewan Rakyat. The Al-Diwan Ar-Rakyah or simply the House of Representatives is the legislative body of the region, assisting the government to implement new law.
Before the election phase started, the parties namely Partai Pembangunan Bersatu (PBB), Democratic Conservative Party (DCP) and United Region Party (URP) have been actively campaigning in the region to search for supports from the population for nearly two weeks. As the oldest party in the Council, Partai Pembangunan Bersatu (PBB) led by Southern nusantara was campaigning on the platform of reviving the Ummah from its current state of degeneration, to reform a corrupt society and transform it into an prosperous society with Islam as the guiding principle, to restore the greatness that Islam once accomplished and to show the world that Islam is compatible with the modern age. Indera kayangan with his party, Democratic Conservative Party (DCP) were campaigning on a more conservative platform whereas they aimed to uphold, promotes and spread the values of Democracy, Conservatism and Islamism aside from right-wing populism and regionalism in the region and even NationStates itself. On the other hand, they also support diversity among the population regardless of religions, identities, languages and races. Sikh federation with his party, United Region Party (URP) appeared to be more agressive in competing on a liberal platform supporting stable, democratic, social-liberal, anti-war government, and transparency, anti-corruption, collusion and nepotism. URP also stressed out their firm condemnation against Islamophobia.

Election Result: Partai Pembangunan Bersatu Emerged as the Victor
The graph shows that voters turnout was 24 voters, around 40% of the total eligible voters. The turnout is regarded quite high considering how new the region is. Partai Pembangunan Bersatu (PPB) received 9 votes (37.5%), Democratic Conservative Party (DCP) received 9 votes (37.5%) and United Region Party (URP) received the remaining 6 votes (25%).
The graph shows the total WA votes which was 12 voters, 50% of the confirmed votes. PPB this time garnered the highest amount of WA votes, 6 votes compared to DCP, 5 votes and URP only 1 vote. Therefore, the Election Commisioner declared the PPB to be the winner.

Partai Pembangunan Bersatu and Democratic Conservative Party Formed Mixed Government
As many as 8 seats were vacated to be filled by the parties by a system vote-by-party meaning that the amount of the votes received by each party will decide how many seats the parties will get. With a simple calculation, the PPB would receive 3 seats same like DCP while URP will get the remaining 2 seats. Since no party received a simple majority in the legislative body, Ad-Diwan Ar-Rakyah (5 seats out of 8), a mixed government must be formed. Then, the PPB's leader, Southern nusantara publicly offered the DCP to participate in a joint coalition to form the government, a discussion was held between the two parties and it turned out successful. Thus, it marks the formation of the first democratic elected government of Council of Islamic States with Southern nusantara as the Grand Vizier and Indera kayangan as the Deputy Grand Vizier.
