Security Concern: “The Fractured”

Title: “The Fractured”

Species: Human

Description: The Fractured is a young female in her mid to late 20s with a muscular lean frame. Not much is known for her facial features as she has kept her face covered with a hood. The most striking physical feature of her is the multiple self-inflicted cuts all over her body, estimates put them at covering over 74% of her body. She holds the belief that physical and emotional pain make her superior to others and that it unlocks the true potential of a person, as a result she has mutilated herself and does it to others. With all of these factors and her incredibly erratic speech patterns it has been deduced by many different psychologists that she is a psychopath with a possible case of a severe case of schizophrenia, however she has shown to have high intelligence and advanced motor functions.

Security measures: Extreme caution is to be shown in her presence. Despite her unstable state she is an extremely talented fighter and an expert in multiple weapons. She has shown an incredible ability to dodge gunfire as well as blades, however a direct hit will not put her down as she ignores all pain.

Incarceration status: She is currently running free and while several attempts to catch her have been made none have been successful.

Notes: In one observation of her it was noticed by Dr. Redacted that she was having an argument with herself that appeared to get extremely heated as if she was arguing with another person, this has led to some theories that she might suffer from dissociative identity disorder but further study is needed before this is proven.
