The Civil Code
of
Kaiserreich

Article I - Communication
I. Communication on the RMB shall be grounded on general civility, mutual respect, respect of human dignity, and honor.
II. Communication on the RMB shall be conducted in either formal or informal way, yet in compliance with this Civil Code rules, principles, and provisions.
III. Violations of the rules, principles, and provisions listed in this section shall be suppressed and punished by the Oberster Reichsgerichtshof via enforcing the relevant articles of the Criminal Code.
IV. Explicit discussions and wordings are prohibited.
I. Excessive use of 18+ wordings and any 18+ discussions are prohibited.
II. Channel guidelines are to be strictly followed.
III. Violations of the rules, principles, and provisions listed in this section shall be suppressed and punished by the Oberster Reichsgerichtshof via enforcing the relevant articles of the Criminal Code.
IV. Every three months, the Minister of the Culture shall be responsible for evaluating the usage of each channel in the Empire's primary discord server. If a channel is determined to be underperforming in terms of activity and not serving a particular historical or cultural function as per the standards of the Ministry, the channel shall be unilaterally terminated under the following conditions:
§1 - Regional Message Board

IV. Explicit discussions and wordings are prohibited.
- a. Roleplay posts are exempt from this as long as they avoid gore and sexuality.
V. For the sake of upkeeping the visual purity of the RMB, the maximum allowed number of posts in a raw by the same user is limited to 2 (two) messages.
VI. The minimum allowed time rate between posting dyads in a raw by the same user is 2 (two) hours.
The following categories of residents have limited one-off judicial immunity from punishment for spamming and multi-posting:
- a. Residents of the Empire whose time since arrival is less that fourteen (14) days.
b. Inactives, or residents who have resided in Empire for more than 2 weeks but are unable to show even minimal activity amounting to one post per week.
VII. For the sake of upkeeping the visual purity of the RMB, the maximum allowed number of lines in a RMB post is limited to 20 (twenty) lines for wide screens and to 34 (thirty-four) lines for phone screens.
- a. In case of the post surpasses the defined limit, it must be put in Spoilers and marked as such.
§2 - Discord
I. Excessive use of 18+ wordings and any 18+ discussions are prohibited.

III. Violations of the rules, principles, and provisions listed in this section shall be suppressed and punished by the Oberster Reichsgerichtshof via enforcing the relevant articles of the Criminal Code.

- a. A public notice has been posted so that all citizens may be informed of the channel’s termination.
b. The Reichstag has neglected to pass legislation so as to specifically preserve a channel.
c. The Oberster Reichsgerichtshof has not issued an injunction to require the preservation of the channel under existing law.
d. The Kaiser has not nullified the Ministry’s decision.
Article II - Ideologies & Religion
I. The propaganda, support, advocation, and expression of the following are prohibited:
I. Vedul practices are the official precepts of the Empire, however other religions are free to operate with the permission of the Kaiser and the Vedul Tribunal.
II. Any other religion other than Vedulism requires the approval of the Kaiser and Vedul Council to request a temple or house of worship channel.
III. Sects or other religions may merge or be integrated with each other so long as the Vedul Council agrees.
§1 - Ideologies
I. The propaganda, support, advocation, and expression of the following are prohibited:
- a. Fascism and derivative beliefs such as National Socialism.
b. Racial, Ethnic, and Religious hate speech.
c. All Legitimate Anti-Kaiserreich, Vassal/Protectorate, or Allied region ideologies to exclude informal joking and actual constructive criticism.
d. Socialism and all of its derivative ideologies, including Scanism. With the sole exception of discussion in wholly academic settings.
II. A general audit of all nations in Kaiserreich must take place at least every month to ensure that the above provision is enforced. It shall be conducted by the Reichspolizei.
