Roleplay Rules

There will be a roleplay starting in the chat soon. (Conducted by me.)
Here are the rules.

1. No overpowering a nation. You cannot win a war with a major power in a week. 
2. If you roleplaying a war against someone, you can't decide if the attack is successful.  Ex. If you fire a missile, you can't say it hit. The other person gets a say in it.
3. Cursing is allowed, but within reason.
