Article 1, Clause 1
The flag of the Imperial Army Ground Forces of The Imperial Sinjōist State of Hanguk-Nippon shall be remade.
The Imperial Sinjōist State of Hanguk-Nippon shall be remade.The overall ratio shall be two-units length and three-units width, a ratio of 2:3. The Hanguk-Nipponese state ensign shall be located in the located in the upper hoist side of the flag, on a blue background.
The words "unified" and "army" shall be transcribed in gold and in Hanguk-Nipponese, vertically on the right of the canton. The official name of Hanguk-Nippon shall be transcribed in gold and in Hanguk-Nipponese, below the flag in the canton.
The word "대大" (Daedai) shall be transcribed in golden large text on the fly side of the flag.
