SLU Embassy Policy

A region wishing to construct and maintain an in-game regional embassy with Social Liberal Union must meet the following criteria, as decided by the Constitution of the Social Liberal Union and the government thereof.

Constitutional Requirements

• Must be democratically structured and support democracy at the very minimum;

• Do not promote values repugnant to the Constitution, or contravene values found in Article 1 Section 2 of the Constitution;

• Are not an enemy or aiding an enemy of the Social Liberal Union or one of its allies.

Other Requirements

• Must have at least 50 nations;

• Must, generally, be based upon a left-wing ideology;

• Must not have the regional tags "Conservative," "Fascist," "Invader," "Imperialist," "Monarchist," "Patriarchal," "Puppet Storage," "Theocratic," or "Totalitarian;"

• Must not be an "Embassy Collector" -- that is, a region focused on establishing as many embassies as possible;

• Must not have an embassy with openly Fascist and/or Nazi regions.
  

Exceptions
Exceptions to the Constitutional Requirements will not be granted under any circumstance.

Exceptions to the Other Requirements may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
