Regional Constitution of the Universal Pact
In the Name of the Universal Pact, from whom is all authority and to whom, as our final end, all actions both of men and Nations must be referred, we, the nations of Universal Pact, humbly acknowledging all our obligations to our democracy, who sustained our freedom through centuries of trial, gratefully remembering their heroic and unremitting struggle to regain the rightful independence of our region, and to promote the common good, with due observance of Justice and Charity and Freedom of the nations may be assured, true social order attained, the unity of our region restored, and concord established with other regions, do hereby adopt, enact, and give to ourselves this Constitution.
Section I
The equality, freedom, freedom of expression, opinion, and religion shall be guaranteed to all members of the Universal Pact, except in such cases in which violates these terms.
Section II
Members shall not be taken away of their rights unless they perform an act that is otherwise unlawful towards this Constitution.
Section III
Regional Moderators and Officers shall be given the right to maintain the rules, and to give warnings and / or eject unlawful members, as they see fit.
Section IV
World Assembly delegates and their cabinate are elected every two months. Leaders of the winning party become delegate. A Delegate candidate can run up to three times in a row after that they must let another member state run. Delegates can call any referendum they see fit delegates can also call snap elections. If a delegate is inactive the Vice- Delegate will step in.
Section V
The communications officer has the right to write the official welcome and recruitment telegram.
The Universal Pact envoy is only to be used by officers of the region.
The UPBC news network is the official news service of the region.
Section I
War is generally prohibited exept for reasons where a moderator has deemed it acceptable.
Section II
Members must not use any fascist propaganda in the regional discord server or RMB those who do will face the three strikes system.
Section III
Racism in any shape or form will end in a permanent ban. As will taunting, bullying, or making fun of certain people groups.
Section I
The flag should be flown at official buildings of member states and respected. It should be used by all Official regional puppets. It should be used with respect.
The same applies to the regions official seal.
Section II
All map requests must be made clear to the official cartographer. The cartographer has the right to deny any claims he/she sees fit.
Section III
All members are welcome to the region and to the discord server. Extra privalleges are given to those who hold citizenship including the right to vote in regional elections and be on the official regional map. Residents are simply nations within the region.
