Mendeons Lambasts "Ridiculous" Volaworandian Accusations

After Midandian Minister of Foreign Affairs Cherry Menwen ended her "interesting" visit and left
The Penguinite Kleptocracy of Volaworand in a pool of controversy, Volaworandian press has revealed that it's former Prime Minister, Lina Hovland, is suffering from an unknown terminal illness and is currently hospitalized. Suggesting there is no further hope for Hovland, Volaworandian Minister of the Interior Alan Duncan has assumed the role of Acting Prime Minister, and promises to delve into the bulging issues presented from the IWakeSheep leak, including ISU activities and the cyberattacks on Midand,
Techganet, and 
Hanguk-Nippon. Midand made an appearance at The World Court to discuss these issues, however, the visit "did not turn out well", according to Midandian Security Minister present at the meeting.
The Volaworandian delegation has since lambasted and accused Midand for it's "baseless accusations" and being responsible for Hovland's poisoning, attributing this to the fact that Midand owns a large portion of it's tranquilizer dart industry.

Midand quickly withdrew from the meeting with little comment.
Leader Hondunurs Mendeons, said to be at the base of the attack, has since condemned Volaworand in a recent interview.
"I am shocked and appalled at these accusations", he said. "Coming from our once greatest ally, this is a true surprise to the Midandian community. Volaworand is not the same. These ridiculous and preposterous accusations are not backed up well enough, and their claims should thoroughly be investigated."
Menwen, who had much accusations against her, and the rest of the Midandian Cabinet and Parliament have declined to comment.
The media is now debating on the future of Midandian-Volaworandian relations and rumors suggest that Menwen is cutting off ties completely.
