Subdivisions

The Zanzibars is divided into 9 Regions (white borders), each with an economy, and government (head by Regional Governor) that juristicts local courts, welfare systems, and public transport.

8 Regions are further divided into Districts (yellow borders), each with a government that jurisict shool systems, and Industry.

The Nations Capital is Zanzibar City. It's a Region, but instead of being divided into Districts, it's divided into Boroughs (Red borders) (since it's mostly a metropolitan area).
