The Lucian Tripartite Alliance (Enacted since 2223 AD, Updated in 2232 AD)

I: We maintain order within our turf, we'll NEVER give it away to anyone else, the governments we control must not be corrupt in any way.
II: In extreme situations, we will compromise our agendas to pursue the best solution possible.
III: We enforce the law our own way and the ONLY way, no other civilizations' laws can interfere with our tasks. If they do, we'll warn them of the consequences it can bring if they don't comply. For any major roleplay event about to take place, we will remind their OPs that we will only intervene if they start committing actions that can bring harm to our citizenry, representatives, or leaders, or censoring our expressive communications.
IV: The slightest attack or insult on our populaces or governments indicates provocation against the Tripartite, we'll warn them up to three times in RMB, only once in TG, after that then we break off their ties and depending on how serious the hostilities are, we may even start holding grudges.
V: Past grievances isn't easily forgiven to old enemies, if the Tripartite had very bad relations with someone before or is still ongoing, grudges is given out from time to time until that civilization that caused us misery is overtaken or destroyed.
VI: We will lend each other aid when possible and will assist our alliances whenever we can, they have to respect our authority first, and then we respect theirs in return.
VII: We are fighting against crime, piracy, raiding, and terrorism without substitute.
VIII: Summits are to be held once a Lucia year (roughly every 2 months and 2 weeks, but in case of emergencies, an undisclosed one will be set up for all the representatives.
IX: No one in the Tripartite is allowed to attack or insult each other at all times, if a particular leader or emissary doesn't like what's been told repeatedly, someone else will take the job and the offending parties ousted.
X: Our security measures to protect ourselves and our allies only take effect when above No Alert on the WFE based in Stella Solar System, otherwise we are minding our own business.

Miya Konohana, youngest daughter of the Konohana line, wealthy due to her inheritance and pacifist in nature but in her seclusion time, she can be a bit of a sadist albeit not too much. She leads the entire planet with a fair hand, as well as the diplomatic efforts of Lucia and her allies with her heart, wits, and charisma. Though she never fights back, she will never back down when it comes to diplomacy.
