Announcement of the Office of Foreign Affairs, titled
EMBASSY POLICY OF THE CoFN
Dear Foreign Diplomats, (executive) Delegates, and their Deputies.
Be advised that this is the Embassy Policy of The Confederacy of Free Nations
PART I : PROVISIONS
POPULATION & GOVERNMENT
All Embassy requests must come from regions with a population of at least fifteen (15) Nations, minimum Five (05) WA members as well as a WA Delegate. A Regional Government,elected by the people is required.
OTHER PROVISIONS
All Regions in which we accept Embassies must uphold the principles of Freedom, Regional Sovereignty, equality, free and fair elections, and the dignity of the individual.
Requests from Regions that have been condemned will be specially examined.
Please note that Regions with which we already have embassies will not be affected by this. Also have in mind that even if the above requirements are met, we may still not accept your request.
In case that the Regional Official Charged with Foreign Affairs is interested in constructing Embassies, they must Telegram the Office of Foreign Affairs of our Region. After that, it is entirely up to the Office to handle the matter. In case, however, that the Office does not reply within thirty-six (36) hours, they can propose to construct embassies through the Admin Page. Again, after that, it is up to our Office to handle.

PART III: AMBASSADORS
An ambassador is an official, who is charged with maintaining communication with the Embassy Region, joining their Discords, and Reporting to the Primary Consul about the other Region's Government. The Ambassador is established after a request from the interested Region, with the following procedure:
The Region requests and Ambassador
The Primary Consul, through RMB or Telegram, announces the Position of Ambassador to said Region to be open
The appointment is announced through an Official Telegram.
It is up to the Ambassador wether he/she will use a puppet or not. He/She shall act as they consider best.
