The South Pacific Government: Explained

TL;DR
The South Pacific, like many regions, is home to a large, complex government body that houses many nations.
There are many branches of the government, similar to real life. Each branch has a specific role that the member nations are expected to follow. However, each branch does serve the same overall purpose: to keep the region fun and safe for all of the nations that reside within it. This dispatch will explain in-depth each position, what purpose it serves, how it functions, and how to get involved within it. For those who don't have much time on their hands, heres a quick summary of each position:
Legislators-They are responsible for voting on new laws that could change the way the region functions. The votes are casted in LinkThe South Pacific Forums.
The Local Council-They are responsible for the upkeeping and moderation of the Regional Message Board, and other things on the gameside, such as making polls, and working with the Ministry of Regional Affairs to make The South Pacific a more fun place.
The Ministry of Regional Affairs-They coordinate regional events that could coincide with regional milestones, real-life holidays, and other celebrations. Along with the local council, they are meant to promote gameside activity.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs-They manage our embassies in multiple ways. The minister opens and closes embassies. He/she also appoints ambassadors to look over each embassy the region has.
The Ministry of Military Affairs-Their main responsibility is to raid or defend regions. This may become necessary if an embassy region is being raided by an external or internal force.
