Growing Influence on the International Stage

Upon its founding, Azbeksia aligned itself with the USSR, seeing an opportunity to embrace like minded nations, and eventually gain enough influence to become one of the regions leading members. However, life in the USSR soon became dull, and stagnated, while the economic policy of Azbeksia turned further and further towards capitalism. It was apparent that Azbeksia had to move.

This lead to Azbeksia founding the Global Industrial Union in 2017; a region for nations with a powerful industry, who prioritized the economy over all else. These nations, the so called 'money grubbers' of the world, united to form what was hoped to be the greatest region the world has ever seen. With the aid of Azbeksia's greatest international ally, Islachomsonion, the Global Industrial Union is growing beyond expectations.

Unfortunately, this period of growth was short lived, and the Global Industrial Union soon stagnated. Thus, the decision was made to relocate to the Union of Democrats, a region where Azbeksia hoped to expand its global influence.
