Endorsement Cap

Although you are not required to join the World Assembly, it is highly suggested that you do. If you do join the World Assembly, you must endorse IYAAYAS, as he is our WA delegate. If you do not endorse him with your WA nation, then you cannot endorse anybody else. In other words: vote for IYAAYAS or remain nuetral. There is not a third option, it would be too risky.

More endorsements for IYAAYAS means that we have more influence in the game, meaning that we will be more powerful if IYAAYAS is endorsed. It will also be more difficult for invaders to take over.

The current cap is 50 percent of IYAAYAS's current endorsements. This means that each WA nation can have two endorsements each if he has four endorsements, and so on. In the event of an odd number, just mentally add one more endorsement to IYAAYAS, and have half of that. This is to make it difficult for civil wars to occur or for invaders to conquer us, as they will have to get more people to endorse them than IYAAYAS, meaning that we can stop them before it is too late.

The penalty for ignoring this is death. (Secretary whispers in ear) Uh, the penalty is a warning. Three strikes, and you're out!
