The Shinboku Hierarchy

.
.
“The freedom of the
open road is seductive,
serendipitous and absolutely
liberating.”

-
Shinboku Proverb
“We all are so deeply interconnected; we have no option but to love all. Be kind and do good for any one and that will be reflected. The ripples of the kind heart are the highest blessings of the Universe.”

- The First Tiānhuáng, Apotheosis

Tiānhuáng

The Tiānhuáng despite being a representative figurehead is deeply revered by the people of Shinboku. Both due to the extensive prestige and and meaning that such a title carries, but due to how difficult it is to become one. The first tribulation is for the Tiānhuáng candidate to carry the N-Gene for the electors see it as a symbol of duality and harmony. The second is to posses the Zen'nō-sei Particle, as the first Tiānhuáng was a bearer as well in which onlookers saw as a sign of divinity. Today is it seen as a more traditional and ceremonial requirement. LinkFujimaru Ritsuka was the Ahsakan to have been chosen from such a tiny pool of possible candidates and collectively for good reasons.

Hailing from the Shinwa Tribe she first started out as a third-rate Herme, her true power has been in the dark in her early years as back then there were not much awareness of the particle. However her Nama status was known in the tribe and has been registered as a Level 5 Claircognizance, which causes huge waves within her tribe as it meant she was innately connected to the Ākāśa Vibrancy by shifting her brainwaves to the same frequency. Her peers were jealous of this feat and refused to take her in for teaching. Thankfully, Soromon took notice of this spiteful behavior and adopted Ritsuka into his tribe and taught her the way to achieving True Magic.

True Magic and Sorcery in other terms, is the highest class of Mystery that surpasses Magecraft and all current sciences of any age. It represents the actualization of events that are impossible to reproduce in a certain era, whether by Ahsaka or the planet, even if given an infinite amount of time and resources. The acquisition of the capacity to perform magic is considered the ultimate accomplishment of a Herme, and only within the grasp of those who have accessed the Swirl of the Root or in modern terms the Ākāśa which is part of the reason why most of Shinwa peers despise her. As it enables her to learn feats of impossibilities and miracles thought to be possible only through the application of Magic.
