The Act seeks to explicitly establish the official holidays of The Leftist Assembly as Article VIII of the Code of Laws.

NOTE: This Article will be titled 'Regional Holidays'
The following are the official regional holidays of The Leftist Assembly:
Assembly Day; celebrated on 14 January to commemorate the founding of the region
Constitution Day; celebrated on 19 February to remember the enactment of the Constitution
International Women’s Day; celebrated on 8 March to recognise the accomplishments of women throughout global history
Earth Day; celebrated on 22 April to mark the struggles of the environmental movement in creating a sustainable world
International Workers' Day; celebrated on 1 May to recognise the strength of the united global working classes
LGBT+ Pride Day; to be celebrated on 17 May to honour the continuing struggles of LGBT+ activists and revolutionaries
August Farce Day; celebrated on 29 August to memorialise the failed illegal invasion of the region
Unity Day; celebrated on 6 September to commemorate the enactment of the regional motto, 'Unity in Diversity'
Revolution Day; celebrated on 8 November to lionise the world’s first explicitly socialist revolution in Russia
